Yesterday in a discussion on employee performance I was breaking down pointers on how we should structure our small wins in our career graphs, as they build and shape our characters.
And today i am doing just that for myself,
Jinto has been a very dear friend of mine for years, who I have been meaning to photograph from the very first day I saw him.
Jinto passed out of MBA college and joined a bank, i left my job and studied photography,
11 years down the line I could finally convince him for some heart warming portraits.
Because of which today I can make portraits with any one in 11 mins.
So I would not call Jinto's portrait session my small win, it is rather one of thoses many shapeshifters which I held on to or grabbed at the right time, whenever they presented themselves in front of me.
